Under considerationNo. Scores come only from data and the published methodology. Payment, plan or customer status never influences a score, band, rank or signal, and paying customers are scored by exactly the same rules as everyone else.
Only first-party usage counts needed to run plans and improve the product — for example that an export was made or a scorecard opened, with a timestamp. No IP addresses, device fingerprints, third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Public-site visits are counted anonymously, and usage records are deleted after about 13 months.
No. Indicator-level data a company submits is visible only to that company and to supervisors. Other users see composite and dimension scores only, unless the figures are already public.
